I'm delighted to announce the winners of the 2016 Race Awards. All finalists were nominated by public vote during December 2016, and the winners were chosen by public vote in early January 2017.     1. They were, and there was some NI finalists in 2015. But not enough votes from public to get into finalists in 2016.
